This might be the opportunity you’ve been looking for: joining an international team that promotes real estate on the French Riviera, Paris, Provence, Ibiza, Tuscany, Dubai and Portugal. Working with international clients, share what you know of the region and earn a good income. Work can be a pleasure!

You love the French Riviera, and you have a foreign nationality. You speak French (obviously, as you live here), but you’re also fluent in your mother language, for example, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Danish, Italian, German, Chinese or Arabic.

You are a self-starter, disciplined, digitally smart, and dynamic. You believe you can achieve more in life than you’re doing right now. You are active in different online and offline networks, and you already know lots of people.

Despite being digitally skilled, you’re also a social, amicable, and outgoing type of person. You have a car, a mobile phone, and a computer to work with.

Start a career in real estate marketing

What do you want?

You are looking for your own international business activity but without the complicated French bureaucracy. Or the demotivating hierarchy of a boss telling you what to do. You are eager to learn new things about real estate, SEO, SEA, online marketing, and SAAS.

Who are we?

Living on the Côte d’Azur is a Dutch-founded real estate agency with a unique platform that firstly promotes the best properties along the French Riviera coastline. We promote the best listings outside of France using ‘inbound content marketing’. The real estate platform is part of The Creative Tribe, an Award-winning marketing agency in the Netherlands.

The founder of the agency is Ab KUIJER, author of the digital marketing guide ‘Think Small, Grow Big’ that was published by Cosimo in New York in 2011 and is still available on Amazon. The concept is simple: ‘The best real estate listings from the best real estate agencies, combined with personal service.’ Our mother company is based in the Netherlands with web teams working on global marketing in the US, India, and the UK.

What do we do?

Foreign buyers ask us to help them find their dream home. Thanks to our long-term partnerships with professional real estate agents on the French Riviera, we offer people a strong selection of properties that are in mint condition and in good locations.

Home selection
The prospective buyer receives a long list of properties to create a shortlist with homes on the Côte d’Azur that they would like to visit. For this shortlist, we arrange the visits with multiple brokers and agents, and we are present during the visits, explaining to the client the pros and possible cons of the area.

Personal guidance
Once we have found the ideal home for the client and you experience the famous ‘buying a home in 17 seconds‘ moment, we negotiate a fair price for both parties. We help with all paperwork towards the signing of the final deed at the notary’s. If needed, we connect our clients to experts in financing, fiscality, and renovation and construction works.

What do we offer you?

If you can prove you are the right person for our activities, you will become part of a team with independent and international entrepreneurs. We all have one thing in common: we like people, we love real estate, and we are active online. You will receive free training in marketing, database management, SEO, and copywriting. Because the Internet and Google, and SAAS are always changing, we will keep you up to date with the latest tools. To be good in real estate marketing is a constant learning curve.

You will handle new requests from potential buyers all over the world. And if you want more, you can learn how to market French Riviera properties in your mother language. After an investment in time from both sides, you are responsible for a real estate unit in your mother language. This digital unit is like a shop in a shop, but in this case, you don’t pay the rent.

How much money can you earn in real estate?

It’s a matter of your dedicated time and discipline to define how much money you can earn. If you do it well, you will generate weekly requests from prospective buyers. If you can conclude a deal with a buyer that you found in your network, you will receive 50% of our commission. A yearly income between 50,000 and 150,000 euros is realistic, and the reason why so many people like to work in real estate.

What makes us different?

If you work at a real estate agency, you have to find properties and get sales mandates. And then you need to find a buying client. Our working focus is different: we already have a portfolio with over 5000 properties from the best real estate agencies. Our goal is to find prospective buyers in foreign countries using inbound content marketing. This is our ‘unfair advantage’ as we know the foreign networks people use locally, where to post houses in different languages, and how to generate more awareness for each listing.

If the above sounds like music to your ears, send your CV and motivation letter to [email protected]

We are looking forward to meeting you soon.

The Cap d’Antibes on the Cote d’Azur is known as the peninsula of known and unknown millionaires as residents. In the twenties and thirties many parties were held here with a decor from The Great Gatsby. Not surprising, because the book The Great Gatsby and later the film were written at this location. The “crème de la crème” of the population wanted to buy a villa on the Cap d’Antibes because this was and still is the Cote d’Azur at its best. Today the Russian millionaire Roman Abramovitch is the most famous resident. In summer you can see helicopters landing here, after which fireworks are set off every week during a party.

Nice to know if you want to buy a villa on the Cap d’Antibes

That exclusive atmosphere of that time still hangs on the Cap, partly due to the fact that you can discover little of the rich life behind the high walls. The location of the Cap d’Antibes is also unique. The Cap is connected to Juan les Pins and Antibes and is a peninsula with a lot of forest and few houses. The houses here are almost all luxurious, grand and shielded from the outside world. You can only take a look at this part of the South of France via Google Earth.

Nice to know if you want to buy a villa on the Cap d'Antibes

Nice to know for those who buy a villa on the Cap d’Antibes

Interesting facts before buying a villa on the Cap Antibes As mere mortals we are allowed to walk all the way around the Cap, on a narrow path that runs along rocks and the sea. The lucky few who have bought a villa on the Cap d’Antibes are not bothered by the passing foot soldiers. Surrounded by sturdy fences with cameras and a large garden as a natural shield up to the villa, people live here in complete privacy. Of course you already knew the Cap if you happen to own a 100 or more meter yacht and are looking for a deep water harbor. Or you are a paparazzo on the hunt for pictures of Leonardo DiCaprio who is said to be frequently seen here. Reading tip! Scott Fitzgerald in his villa on Cap Antibes

It was on this Côte d’Azur where the Cap, along with its charming little sister village of Juan-les-Pins, inspired one of America’s greatest writers to write famous novels over a century ago. F. Scott Fitzgerald lived on Cap d’Antibes in a rented coastal home called Villa St. Louis with his Zelda and their daughter Scottie. A few years after the Fitzgeralds left in 1927, the seawall house in Juan-les-Pins was expanded into a 40-room, five-star hotel. The magic of the hot, sweet South and the Mediterranean were the ingredients for writing The Great Gatsby here. And that feeling from the Belle Epoque period can still be felt.

Al Capone also bought a villa on the Cap d’Antibes

The Cap d’Antibes has been one of the most desirable locations on the southern French coast for more than a hundred years. It is centrally located between Monaco and Cannes and the port of Antibes is ideal for yachts up to 140 meters. Did you know that the legendary “businessman” Al Capone owned a villa and a casino on the Cap in the 1930s? The Cap is full of history and houses in these locations are very popular because they hide many secrets. Look here for our international selection of villas for sale on Cap d’Antibes.

Guaranteed privacy when you buy a villa on the Cap

Only the best of the best in real estate can be found in villas on the Cap d’Antibes; It is therefore not surprising that particularly rich people have a second home here. In fact, their influence and importance on the region is so great that they have agreed with the local prefecture that boats have a separate sailing zone.

You can only pass the Cap d’Antibes on the water at 300 meters. Anyone who comes closer will be fined by the automatically alerted water police. So if you are going to rent a boat to enjoy a pleasant cruise along the coast, follow the instructions of the landlord.

The no-sailing zone is clearly indicated on the water map. Why you will soon be buying a villa on the Cap d’Antibes Peace, space, forests, privacy, luxury and lots of fresh sea breeze; those lucky enough to buy a villa on the Cap d’Antibes know that this is the most privileged and special location on the French Riviera.

Those who are searching for luxury houses for sale on the French Riviera will be surprised about the number of real estate agents. There are more than five hundred French riviera real estate agents active in the region, that is also known as the Cote d’Azur. This name was given to the area by the French writer Stéphen Liégeard, a French writer, in his novel La Côte d’Azur. In this book, he describes the coast between Marseilles and Genoa with its excellent and beautiful colourful water. This Cote d’Azur coastline was one of the first modern resort areas and began as a winter health resort for the British upper class at the end of the 18th century. Queen Victoria used to stay in her favourite city. Nice, in the Cimiez district. Reading tip! An article about Best reasons to buy a property in Nice French Riviera.

The best investment for a second home property on the French Riviera would be a new property. After all, you will get ten years of guarantee on a new build apartment. But there are more perks to receive in buying new construction. It does take some ‘guts’ to buy from a brochure. Even if you would be around to visit the building spot, you need to use your imagination to see the final building and your new build apartment on the French Riviera.

That’s why Google earth is the perfect buying tool to assist you in purchasing a new property on the Côte d’Azur. A new build apartment can be perfectly situated in the area of your choice. But to make sure it is, you use Google Earth to virtually walk to your new neighbourhood. You can also measure the walking time to the local French Bakery shop.

Construction supervision in the South of France is an extra service provided by Living on the Cote d’Azur and is created by customer demand. Anyone looking for a reliable contractor in the South of France for maintenance, renewal, extension, extension or complete renovation of the home will enter into meetings and discussions with various parties. And no matter how beautiful the brochure is, and no matter how nice the French contractor may seem, the reality is in many cases different.

Construction supervision in the South of France

Customers tell us how their experience went: that after many negotiations, they agree to a fixed price. But after a deposit of 40%, the contractor remains silent. When they get the local contractor finally on the line, he tells that he can start with the planning after receiving the down payment. And that work will probably start next month. That is of course not the best start for a French Riviera renovation you are looking forward to.

The right contractor for every job

Living on the Cote d’Azur has therefore been offering our network for eight years with reliable contractors on the French Riviera for every type of job. For small studio renovations or simple jobs such as painting or re-tiling a bathroom, we work together with a company that is very suitable for this. If you want larger renovations and serious construction work or a completely new swimming pool, you need a different type of contractor. Naturally, all companies that we propose to you have company insurance and are certified to install or renew electricity, for example.

To follow the progress of the renovation in the South of France, our contractors open a WhatsApp group in which the progress is communicated weekly by means of photos and videos. Some customers want us in person on the spot on a weekly or two-weekly base, to see how the renovation is going. Or to make contact with other suppliers such as an interior designer, furniture or kitchen supplier or a decoration company. This construction supervision is additionally engaged by the client and serves as an extra check between the customer, contractor and other suppliers.

Construction supervision in the South of France

As a construction supervisor, we keep a close eye on whether the contractor keeps to the agreements or whether the planning is not out of step. We are also present at the consultation moments between the customer, architect, contractor and Côte d’Azur suppliers for a spa or jacuzzi. Contact with the architect is also maintained; unnecessary mistakes are prevented through clear communication and by “being on top of it”. You can also call on our construction supervision for the collection of materials during the renovation period. We relieve you on the spot if you are not in the area.

A construction supervisor is of course not only easy during the renovation, but also after work when it has been completed. What to do if there are unexpected construction problems? The construction supervisor identifies, mediates and provides a solution. The construction supervisor can visit the project on a regular basis and thus keep a close eye on the progress.

Are you looking for a reliable party to support your conversion, renovation or maintenance in the South of France? Then contact us. If desired, you can hire our construction supervision at a friendly hourly rate. You will receive more information from Jolanda Kuijer via [email protected]

There are two ways to make money on the French Riviera; the first most obvious is to tap into the growing seasonal rentals. With a one-bedroom apartment, you can already make some extra money by renting it out.

Making money in France: seasonal rental or claim back ‘plus value’ tax

Saving your money at the bank does not help to improve your financial situation. But investing it into French riviera real estate does! A one-bedroom apartment in a popular village will generate enough income to cover the yearly costs, your airline tickets and lunches on the beach when you use the apartment yourself. If the property has a pool and or a sea view, the rental price goes up and so will your income.

Some people are sceptical because of the COVID flu crisis and the future of renting out a property in the South of France. But don’t forget; France with 68 million inhabitants has a huge internal market. The summer rental season of 2020 was one of the best, thanks to the French people from the North and Mid France that rented property in their own country.

Invest in a new villa in Port Grimaud

The new villa’s for sale with a pool at walking distance of the beaches in the Gulf of Saint Tropez offer a great opportunity. With an investment between 800,000 and 900.000 euros, you become the first owner of a brand new villa at 1 kilometre of Port Grimaud. Port-Grimaud often called the “Little Venice of Provence”, designed by architect François Spoerry in the 1960s, is known worldwide for its beauty, its rarity and its sweetness of life.

The new villa’s that are for sale are maintenance-free, with a ten-year guarantee and perfect to rent out. The estimated rental income is between 60-70,000 euros per year. Instead of looking at your bank statement, you could be looking at a sunny and more profiting investment in the South of France!

Ask for the brochure and the rental income schedule via [email protected]

Claim back your Plus Value tax

If you have sold your French Riviera property in 2018, you will have paid some profit tax, called Plus Value. The Plus Value profit tax in France is partly income tax and partly social security contributions. The social security part was debatable because you already pay social security contributions in the country where you live for the rest of the year. More information about the calculation can be found here.

This double taxation has been the subject of legal proceedings against the French State for years. Eventually, the European Court was called in and it ruled that the law had to be amended.

Submit your application for partial Plus Value refund

The Plus Value profit tax has therefore been changed in your favour with effect from 1 January 2019. Did you sell your second home in the South of France in 2018? Then it is not too late. But the clock is ticking! You can reclaim no less than 15.2% of social security contributions from the French State.

Of course, you have to fill in various awkward forms for this; French tax officials who have to pay back money to foreign homeowners would rather not make things easy for you.

French profit tax refund service solution 2018

Fortunately, we have a solution ready for you: in collaboration with a renowned legal office in the Netherlands, they can help you with a quick application for a refund of Plus Value to be submitted to the French tax authorities. However, you have until December 31, 2020, to do this. Send us a short email with your name and location of your property to [email protected]. The subject is ‘Plus Value Claim back’

No topic is as important for second home owners in the South of France as la Plus Value. This profit tax is levied on the profit you make from the sale of your holiday home in the South of France. The Plus Value profit tax is calculated by the profit you make on the sale, minus certain costs. If you were the owner for more than 30 years, you do not pay this profit tax. But those who sold their second home on the Cote d’Azur within thirty years had to deal with an annoying extra bill.

Sold your house in South France? Do not forget to request the Plus Value back!

The Plus Value profit tax in France consists of part income tax (because you have accumulated extra capital) and part social security contributions. The latter part in particular has turned out to be debatable because you already pay social security contributions in the country where you live for the rest of the year. Are you planning to buy an apartment in Cannes? Then it is advisable to read the following Five Golden Rules so that you are sure of a good purchase. Cannes is, of course, the center of the “French Riviera lifestyle”, thanks to the many international events and just as many international guests who like to attend. During the period of events, from March to October, the “buzz” in Cannes is the greatest.

The 5 golden rules to buy an apartment in Cannes

Movie stars, directors, writers, pop stars, they’ve all bought a French Riviera retreat near Cannes. For the jet-set, the choice to buy an apartment in Cannes is also a logistical one. With a private jet, they land just ten minutes by car from La Croisette via the airport of Cannes-Mandelieu. And for those who still have a party in Saint Tropez, take the helicopter service Cannes – Saint Tropez or a water taxi from Cannes just as easily.

Despite all the jet-set fans, Cannes has not received any star allure. The old market in Le Suquet still sells a dozen oysters for ten euros and at the Croisette, you can enjoy with the local’s a lunch with a simple Pan Bagnat on the public beach.

Recognize Cannes with its districts and differences

The most famous street in Cannes is of course the Croisette. This wide boulevard is the place to stroll, roller-skate or jog. Many famous stars run regularly so you have to be careful who you might bump into. Buying an apartment in Cannes on the Croisette is the main price in terms of purchase. From the Croisette you are in the middle of southern French life; beach restaurants on your doorstep, luxury boutiques below you and of course you can hear the murmur of the sea at night. Here you will find all the beaches of Cannes to lounge during the day, or to take a dip in the moonshine at night.

Behind the Croisette is Rue d’Antibes, the most popular shopping street. In this area, you can buy a nice city apartment in Cannes, provided you do not mind some noise from outgoing holidaymakers. Most apartments are well insulated, so with the windows closed and the air conditioning on, you do not have to suffer here. The purchase price is not exorbitantly high, so you have enough money left to go shopping in Cannes.

If you walk further to the back, away from the sea, on the other side of the railway track, you will find yourself in the truly residential area. Districts such as Petit Juas and Oxford are quiet and stylish and you can live here for a reasonable price with the old center within walking distance.

We start our tour again in front of the Palais and turn right with the sea behind us. If you continue from the Croisette, towards the old port, you will arrive in Palm Beach. This part of Cannes was developed at the beginning of the last century for the wealthy Americans who came to winter here. Stylish large residences, a lovely sandy beach and of course a real Casino. Nowadays there is also a lot of kitesurfing; a beautiful spectacle to watch on a windy day. The prices for a Palm Beach apartment are average plus unless of course, you go for the penthouse.

If you leave Palm Beach you will enter the California district. This district was developed after a hotel of the same name was built here. A prestigious neighborhood with only large residences, guarded by concierges and providing all kinds of extra services such as tennis, spa and gym within the wrought iron gates. Prices are higher than in Pam Beach but not as high as on the Croisette. Buying an apartment in Cannes in the California district gives you the certainty of silence, class and tranquillity. The district is also called “The Garden of Eden”.

Walking back to the center on the Croisette and past the Palais de Festivals, towards Saint Tropez, we arrive in Croix de Gardes. This area is a quiet residential area where many nobility had their villa built in the early 1900s. This was then in a strategic location, namely close to the city with restaurants, the port and entertainment, but also adjacent to a large nature park Cannes Croix des Gardes of 80 hectares. A splendid combination!

Finally, a forgotten district of Cannes is La Bocca. This district is located between Cannes and Mandelieu. The municipality of Cannes has adapted its investment policy to La Bocca and a multiplex cinema theatre, a University, a Film Academy and a lot of new buildings are being built. Buying an apartment in Cannes La Bocca now means investing in the future and therefore looking ahead. The boulevard on the beach already gives a taste of the dynamics of the neighborhood; the “Boccabana” has many public sports equipment, wonderful cycle paths and small kiosks at the sandy beach. For the real beach lovers.

Remember the summer months in Cannes. Buy a garage.

The summer months can be busy in Cannes. But especially during the Festivals, it seems as if the whole world is coming to this romantic harbor town. Parking is a drama and the train is also packed. If you are going to buy an apartment in Cannes, check carefully if there is a garage for sale. Or maybe two. There are people who find buying a garage in Cannes the best investment. It is always in high demand and yields about 150 euros every month. Not too bad ROI of an average of 25-35,000 euros and no maintenance.

The notary fees for an apartment in Cannes

Anyone who wants to buy an apartment in Cannes knows in advance what his or her budget is. When you sign the purchase deed at the notary, you pay the price plus the transfer tax. For an existing apartment, this is on average 7.5% of the purchase price. Many people think this money disappears into the pockets of the ever-cheerful notary in his impressive office.

Nothing could be further from the truth; the notary is just a glorified tax officer who sees to it that tax is levied on the purchase and that it goes directly to the French state. On average, the civil-law notary receives a percentage between 0.7 and 0.8% for all the work (control deed, a compilation of file, registration land registry). However, you only pay 2.5% tax for a newly constructed apartment in Cannes and elsewhere in France.

Ask for the HOA statutes

Buying an existing apartment in Cannes can be your dream. To open the large front door to the street and then enter a large hall of a beautiful Bourgeois building with many art-deco elements. A small elevator from a scary movie, creaking stairs and high windows that look out on a small square or the city. It is all beautiful and definitely an investment that you will enjoy. Maybe it needs some renovation inside; then look for a good and reliable renovation service in Cannes to deal with it immediately.

If you buy an apartment in Cannes in a residence, you have to deal with the HOA, the Home Owners Association, In France called the “Syndic”. As everywhere, there are annual meetings and bickering about what should and should not be repaired. Before signing a preliminary purchase agreement, inquire about the Syndic’s latest notes and plans.

Some homeowners are fleeing for upcoming costs, such as when the roof or sewerage needs to be renewed in a year or two. These costs are not hidden defects because they were discussed in the meeting of the VVE. But they do surprise you. If you are previously aware of these upcoming maintenance costs, you can include this in the price negotiation.

Choose the best guidance in Cannes

There are as many brokers as there are bakers in Cannes. If you take the time to view the offer online, you will see that many apartments are offered by several brokers. That is quite normal in France; the broker with the best network sells the most houses and apartments.

Before stepping in with a large or small broker, you should know that once you have your name written down, your name ‘belongs’ to that broker. It is better to use an apartment search service for Cannes that looks at the offers of all the local estate agents for you and makes the selection based on your wishes. The services are free of costs for the buyer and save a lot of time and frustration.

Less than 10 km from Opio, there are no less than four eighteen-hole courses including the Saint-Donat golf course in Grasse, the Claux-Amic golf course in Chateauneuf-de-Grasse and the two golf courses in Mougins, the Royal Mougins course and the Cannes-Mougins Country Club. Opio and its surroundings, a great destination par excellence!

Nice, ideally located on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, is the first city of the Alpes Maritimes. The old town is remarkable and bears witness to a history rich in twists and turns. Changing its sovereignty regularly, it was not until the 19th century that the city of Nice became definitively French.

One of the main resources of the city is undoubtedly its tourism. Its pebble beaches all along the Baie des Anges are very popular in summer. They border the very famous Promenade des Anglais known all over the world. Finally, an event recognized worldwide is its carnival which takes place every year in February.

The city, benefiting from the Mediterranean climate, so mild in winter, is the ideal place for the discovery of nature. A few kilometres from the city, you can take splendid hikes in the Mercantour park, or the Vésubie valley and discover the Nice hinterland, its culture and its typical Provencal cuisine (pissaladière, daube Niçoise, etc.). Finally, board sports enthusiasts will be served by ski resorts such as Isola, Auron or Valberg, located less than 1.5 hours from the Mediterranean Sea. For golf enthusiasts in Nice, on the ski route, you can discover a small compact family 9 hole full of charm. Neighbouring towns such as La Turbie, Biot, Mougins or Mandelieu offer great golfing alternatives.

There is no doubt that Nice is one of the most beautiful towns on the Côte d´Azur.

Villeneuve-Loubet is a town of around 15,000 inhabitants. Located between sea and mountain, with Nice to the east less than 10 km away, Antibes and Cannes very close to the west, the village enjoys an ideal location on the Côte d’Azur and has a large number of assets. Both a seaside resort with more than 4 km of beaches and a typical Provencal village, Villeneuve-Loubet can only seduce tourists passing through the Alpes-Maritimes.

You can visit the medieval fortress, a perfectly preserved historical monument, discover the Mediterranean village rebuilt in the 16th century and sheltering architectural treasures, enjoy the nautical activities, in particular, the pebble beaches and the marina, located at the foot of Marina -Baie-des-Anges, a very special architectural complex. Finally, nature lovers will be able to take advantage of the 2 large natural parks: the Vaugrenier park, a huge green space of over 100 hectares and the Rives du Loup departmental natural park allowing them to stroll along the river of the same name.

Golf enthusiasts can come and hit the ball and improve their skills at the small 9-hole  resort at Villeneuve-Loubet. The privileged location of the town will also allow them to go and play on a good number of 18-hole courses located less than half an hour away, such as the Opio-Valbonne golf courses in the town of Opio, the golf course of the Grande Bastide in Chateauneuf-de-Grasse or the 2 splendid Golf clubs of Mougins: The golf of Cannes-Mougins and the golf of Royal Mougins.

Biot is a commune in the Alpes-Maritimes located less than 5 kilometres from the Mediterranean coast near Antibes. Cannes and Nice are both within 15 km. Finally, biot is also close to Grasse to the north as well as to multiple hilltop villages such as Valbonne or Mougins.

The old village of Biot nestled on a hill has become famous throughout the world for its production of ceramics and bubble blown glass pieces. It is therefore quite natural that we find several glassworks with great masters in this art as well as an international glass gallery and a Glass Ecomuseum.

It is good to walk in the old village. From the 12th century Church of Sainte-Marie-Madeleine to the Place des Arcades, via the Porte des Migraniers, you will discover places and monuments steeped in history. Biot golf course at the foot of the village is one of the oldest Golf clubs on the French Riviera, created in 1930. Its honorary president was His Majesty the King of Sweden!

Also in the town, located in the heart of the Sophia Antipolis business park, you can find the 9-hole Saint-Philippe course or “Provençal Golf”. Ideal for the many employees of the French Riviera Silicon Valley who can come and relax during a long lunch break!

Valbonne in the Alpes-Maritimes is located a few kilometres from the Mediterranean coast, more particularly Cannes and Antibes.

The municipality of Valbonne is distinguished by its two distinct entities: the first is the French Silicon Valley a.k.a. Sophia-Antipolis. This attracts many companies, particularly specialized in high technologies. The second entity is obviously its village steeped in history.

The village was built at the end of the 16th century on the foundations of the monastery previously built in the 12th century. The village has the particular characteristic of being built in a checkerboard pattern, according to the plan of the Roman camps. The houses on the outside serving as ramparts do not have doors to the outside. Today the old village of Valbonne still has this architecture.

Valbonne perfectly combines the preservation of its heritage and the technology of the modern world. Located between the old village and Sophia-Antipolis, the Victoria-Golf-Club and its 9-hole course designed in a magnificent wooded park offer a relaxing setting for practising your favorite sport.

A few kilometres away, it is quite possible to go and face high-quality 18-hole Golf clubs, for example, the Country Club de Saint-Donat in Grasse, the Opio-Valbonne golf course in the neighbouring town or again the magnificent course of the Country Club of Cannes-Mougins.

Golf Club Monte Carlo

Monte-Carlo Golf Club

Route du Mont-Agel

06320 La Turbie

Tel:+3304 92 41 50 70

Ideally located on the Côte d´Azur, between Nice and Menton, the town covers approximately 750 hectares at an average altitude of 1150 meters. Several towns are neighboring La Turbie: Peille, Eze, Cap d´Ail, Beausoleil, La Trinité and Monaco.

La Turbie, famous for its monumental Augustus trophy, the remains of which can be visited, is an admirable village full of charms which is ready to seduce you. You can also visit its medieval part with its cobbled streets, its Roman remains and its historical and architectural heritage, or even admire the magnificent panoramas of the Mediterranean coast, without forgetting the natural park of the great corniche, with its many paths of equipped hikes, which allow you to discover the town and its surroundings.

On the course, this is one of the few Golf clubs located east of the department, and Nice in particular. Catalogued in mountain golf courses, it is undoubtedly one of the most interesting to discover both for its extremely technical course, and for the quality of the panoramas that surround it.

Indeed, tMonte-Carlo offers an extraordinary panorama, as well on the Alps, the Mount Agel, as on the Mediterranean Sea, and even, in clear weather Corsica. Then, and as an alternative, you have to go rather to the west of the department and get closer to the coast to find a whole series of Golf clubs as interesting as each other and varied.
