The garden is truly beautiful. Each corner is featured so also recommended evening it is very atmospheric. There are various lounge and dining venues with an outdoor kitchen. Also around the large swimming pool (13×5) is a nice place to be. There are several lounge beds to chill-out after swimming. The large covered terrace is a lovely place to eat outside. With all lights on in the evening, this is a true paradise. In total 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms (5 with shower and one with bath and shower), two kitchens, two kitchenettes, air conditioning in the living room.

Ibiza rental income

The hype in real estate on Ibiza is slowing down; pricing is becoming more affordable. If you are making an investment to rent out your property to tourists, be aware you can only rent out your apartment or villa if you have a rental license. This property has a ‘Cedula’, a certificate of habitation.

Some information: to get the tourist license and rent out your property, it can not have more than six bedrooms and must be able to accommodate a maximum of 12 people. There must be one bathroom five people max and two bathrooms for six to eight people, three bathrooms for nine to 11 people and four bathrooms if you plan to rent it out to 12 people. Make sure all insurances are in place. To avoid struggling with the famous paperwork jungle, we advise you to hire a lawyer to arrange this for you. Naturally, we can contact you with our preferred network. The lawyer will make sure sure that the two most important forms about the property are submitted to the Ibiza Council Tourism Department.
