Visit real estate on the French Riviera
Based on your information, we make a personal selection of potentially interesting addresses with additional information about that region. We also report your name to the building developer of the selling broker if you are actively interested. Moreover, we never share your email address with other data. In this way, you can make a well-considered choice at home about which 3 of 4 projects of houses you want to view and indicate on which days this would be possible. We ensure that the doors or the construction sites are open for you. This seems logical, but making good agreements in France is not as simple as in Belgium or the Netherlands. When you arrive in the sunny South of France, you are pre-set by us with all addresses and links to Google Maps. Handy for your phone to plan the routes. And so we visit different addresses in 1 morning and you can have a delicious lunch in the afternoon and head to the sea for some refreshment. The next day you can look again at the construction site of the villa that you like best.
Purchase existing building South of France
With existing construction, you can make a bid and we guide you until the final agreement. Once you have completed the price, the selling real estate agent will prepare an “offre d’achat” for an existing villa. This contains the main points such as address, content and scope and agreements made separately. This information is signed by both parties and the notary will then draw up a provisional purchase agreement. You must have signed this “offre d’achat” at the notary within 30 days.
Purchase new-build apartment
When reserving a new-build apartment in the South of France, you will receive a provisional purchase agreement from the notary’s bank account where you must have paid a 5% deposit within a week. You have another 10 days to change your mind after signing the provisional agreement. And you have -after signing by both parties – another month to get your financing. If all this is in order, you will receive an invitation the notary to sign the final purchase agreement within 3 months.
